If you’re looking for things to do in Williamson County this May, there’s a little bit of everything—festivals, local markets, live music, and some great small-town events mixed in.
One of the things I love about this area is you can have a big event weekend in Franklin… or a slower, more relaxed morning right here in Fairview. It just depends on what you’re in the mood for.
🌸 Franklin Main Street Festival
April 25–26, 2026
10 AM – 6 PM
Downtown Franklin – Main Street
This is one of the biggest events of the season. If you’ve never been, it’s worth going at least once. You’ll find vendors, food, live music, and a crowd that fills all of Main Street. You can find full details here: Franklin Main Street Festival.

This is more my speed—and a great example of what makes Fairview special. It’s a smaller, local event with handmade goods, local vendors, and plenty of space to walk around and enjoy the park.
