I knew I was in great hands with her right away. She came out and added plants and decor and made it just beautiful for pictures/showings and had a professional photographer take pictures which turned out fabulous. The house went under contract quickly but it was a contingent on the buyer selling her home, which became contingent on the next buyer seller theirs. I know it was tricky to coordinate it all but she made it all seem smooth. I had moved an hour away before listing the house and she was so willing to help with everything I needed including driving over there many times to check on things, water plants, turn lights on/off, let a repairman in, etc. Saying she is a true professional is really an understatement and only tells half the story. She's very caring and went out of her way to help as a dear friend would. This is the realtor you want!
